If you experienced conflict with a co-worker, what would you do?
如果你和同事发生冲突,你会怎么做?
I would certainly try and sort it out as soon as possible because any conflict has the potential to drag on and hinder the team from moving forward. It can also cause other people in the team to be uncomfortable around the people experiencing the conflict.
I would speak to the person in private to see if we could find a way to reach a comprise,and I would assess my own actions and words to see if I were contributing to the conflict. Hopefully, we could find a way forward, but if that wasn't possible, I would suggest we speak to our manager or supervisor to see what could be done to facilitate a successful resolution.
我当然会尝试尽快解决这个问题,因为任何冲突都有可能拖下去,阻碍团队前进。它还可能导致团队中的其他人在经历冲突的人身边感到不自在。
