岗位职责：
The Role
As a safety development engineer, you should analysis crash accident cases in field and support engineer to find the root cause and counter measurement, meanwhile you should work with the engineer team to improve the production

Responsibilities
From the passive safety perspective to analysis the load case of crash accident
Make analyses especially protection performance and parameter of fire according to load case in field and support engineer to improve of function in production
Design the release test of improvement in protection performance
Set up the process of analysis method

岗位要求：
Requirements

At least Bachelor of automotive engineering related field

Well known of safety requirement (C-NCAP and C-IASI)

Experience in traffic accident analysis

Fluent in both written and spoken English
