职位描述

1. Create engaging and sharable social media content that drives engagement.

2. Create compelling product communications such as developer feedback, patch notes.

3. Manage content strategy and related player-facing communications, including responding to active engagement on community channels.

4. Ensure player feedback loops with players and developers, providing accurate reporting on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions.

5. Manage and communicate key contents and timeline to cross-functional and regional teams.

6. Communicate and interact with content creators to drive UGC output.

职位要求

1. High level of professionalism and communication skills, strong verbal and writing skills in English.

2. Knowledge of Western gaming culture and familiarity using overseas social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

3. Organized, proactive with the ability to plan and self-manage social media content strategy.

4. Ability to think both strategically and creatively.

5. Ability to work independently to complete tasks and projects.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Positive attitude and collaborative approach towards working with a team.

8. Outgoing and positive personality.

9. A passionate gamer who is able to pick up games fast.

10. Ability to use Photoshop.
