你为什么从上家公司离职？

I left my last job because I was ready for a new and fresh challenge with a different organization. My previous employer was brilliant, we achieved several great things together that I was very proud of and they were very supportive in my decision to move on. But I left because I felt like it was a natural progression for me in my career development , and to move on to a different organization was the right thing to do because I knew that I could develop and progress so much further.
