Responsibilities: Participate in Product Design & Implementation: Delve into global business scenarios and participate in the entire product lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design to final delivery. Explore Cutting-Edge AI Applications: Track and experiment with the latest AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents. Collaborate with the team to explore how to apply AI in scenarios like unstructured data analysis, intelligent operations, and recommendation systems, and contribute to prompt engineering and scenario-specific adaptations. Drive Cross-Border Project Collaboration: Work closely with business, tech, algorithm, and operations teams across different global regions. Integrate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful implementation of data products and AI capabilities in our global business. Practice Data-Driven Growth:Continuously mine user feedback and data insights to propose product iterations and improvements, gaining hands-on experience in creating a closed loop of driving product value and business growth through data.

Qualifications: Educational Background & Major: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related fields are preferred. Exceptional graduates from other disciplines with a strong passion for and practical experience in the data field are also highly encouraged to apply. Technical Potential & Practice: Possess a strong passion for and unique insights into data products, Business Intelligence (BI), or Artificial Intelligence. Basic proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus; relevant coursework, research projects, or internship experience in data analysis or programming is highly valued. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related practical experience is a significant advantage. Core Competencies & Mindset: Demonstrate excellent logical modeling and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and deconstruct complex problems. Possess a strong sense of curiosity, creativity, and self-motivation, with a passion for finding innovative solutions in uncertain environments.
