Job Description

1.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation and improve productivity.

2.Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of the Retail Finance business.

3.Be a subject matter expert in retail finance business and data. Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.

4.Build and implement data visualization of reports and dashboards for management and business users.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/ Banking, Statistics and other related fields with 0 to 3 yrs of relevant experience.

2.Relevant working experience in analytics related roles.

3.Skilled in SQL and Python is Mandatory.

4.Familiar with data visualisation tools.

5.Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

6.Experience in finance/ banking industry is a preferred.

7.Experience in business intelligence in finance industry is a plus.

8.Fluent in English (written and spoken)​.
