本地化内容运营-粤语(2025届春招)











招聘对象:本、硕、博。
毕业时间:2024 年 9 月至 2025 年 8 月期间毕业(中国大陆以毕业证为准,非中国大陆地区以教育部学位认证为准)且最高学历毕业后无全职工作经验的学生。
你将会负责:
1、负责携程香港地区站点的官方内容运营,对内容的语言质量、准确性、本地化等质量指标负责,持续提升核心站点官方内容产品的用户数据。
2、与多产品线进行需求对接、协助完成内容交付,制定并持续优化运营SOP和质量管理标准,提升运营效率。
3、运营携程的核心海外站点内容,制定本土化内容运营策略,对包括用户内容偏好、核心信息渠道、内容体验习惯等进行精细化运营,保障内容符合当地人需求和使用习惯,提升核心站点的用户渗透。

1、对互联网内容感兴趣,互联网产品的深度用户,能够独立思考,逻辑清晰、积极坦诚、执行力强、具有良好的沟通能力;
2、热爱旅游,有完整的旅行规划经验;
3、语言能力:粤语听说读写流利,可作为工作语言。有香港地区生活经历优先,对香港人文环境熟悉了解者优先。
You will be responsible for:
1. Responsible for the official content operation of Ctrip/Trip, responsible for quality indicators such as language quality, accuracy, and localization of content, and continuously improving user data for core site official content products.
2. Coordinate requirements with multiple product lines, assist in content delivery, develop and continuously optimize operational SOPs and quality management standards, and improve operational efficiency.
3. Operate Ctrip's core overseas site content, develop localized content operation strategies, refine operations including user content preferences, core information channels, content experience habits, etc., ensure that content meets local needs and usage habits, and enhance user penetration of core sites.
We expect you to:
1. Interested in Internet content, in-depth users of Internet products can think independently, have clear logic, be positive and honest, have strong execution ability, and good at communication.
2. Love traveling and have complete travel planning experience.
3. Language proficiency: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Cantonese , and can be used as a working language.
