1、深入体验游戏及分析市场发展,洞悉玩家心理和市场机会,协助把控游戏设计方向;
2、跟进产品研发、上线、运维、运营活动、新版本更新事宜计划和执行;
3、对游戏产品产品运营数据、活动效果、用户反馈和市场状况等进行监控及分析,并根据分析结果进行产品运营策略调整的和优化;
1、本科及以上学历,有成功的产品调优经验
2、热爱游戏,资深商业化游戏玩家,并有志于游戏行业长远发展,
3、具有良好的合作能力,沟通协调能力强,有高度的责任心,团队合作意识和专业进取精神;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Immerse yourself in the game and analyze market trends to understand player psychology and market opportunities, assisting in guiding the game design direction.
2. Oversee and execute plans for product development, launch, maintenance, operational activities, and new version updates.
3. Monitor and analyze game operation data, event performance, user feedback, and market conditions, and adjust and optimize product operation strategies based on the analysis results.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with successful experience in product optimization.
2. Passionate about games, a seasoned player of commercialized games, and committed to long-term development in the gaming industry.
3. Strong collaboration skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, a high sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a professional drive for growth.
