Responsibilities: - Assists to event management. - Responsible for photography and /or videography on site. - Footage filing and simple video editing. - Designs event relevant promotional material such as invitation, welcome notes, signs and other marketing materials. - Works with Program Director to produce final design - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Assists to manage social media including WeChat, Linkedin, etc. - Completes other tasks and special projects as assigned by Program Director. - Required Qualifications: - Current undergraduate students from university.
