1、Use various qualitative and quantitative research methods to lead the user research projects, such as questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, focus group, usability test, eye tracker test.
2、Conduct in-depth data analysis and data mining, interpret the status quo of products from different dimensions according to user data, construct personae through scientific analysis methods, and guide product construction, design, operation and marketing.
3、Give reasonable interval suggestions and operation results for the user data of quantitative research, and give reasonable data analysis scheme and suitable operation formula according to the specific project situation, and summarize methods.
4、Provide algorithm support for different kinds of quantitative user research work and guarantee the scientificity and preciseness of quantitative user research work.
5、Provide professional assessment of product experience and usability.
6、Work within design guidelines, but is able and comfortable to operate without restriction.
7、Expand upon existing guidelines and create new design guidelines, as needed.
8、Conduct both primary and secondary user research to understand our users.
9、Analyze and synthesize user data to uncover insights and opportunities.
10、Effectively communicate your findings and ideas to the larger design and development organization.
11、Present deliverables to project and executive stakeholders, ensuring the voice of the user is present at all stages of product development.

- 岗位要求
1、Academic background: master degree or above. Major in: Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Statistics. Overseas education background is a plus, fluent oral and written English is a plus.
2、Work experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience working as a user experience professional. In particular, experience working as a user researcher/ specialist, or human factors engineer. Experience in Internet and mobile device research is preferred. Have experience in the qualitative and quantitative user research projects with certain professional depth.
3、Strong sensitivity to data, proficient in the use of research related tools and methods, especially statistical analysis tools such as AARRR Model, Excel, SPSS, R, and Matlab. Have a strong self-driving ability; Have keen insight, analysis and discovery ability.
4、Experience working in an Agile environment.
5、Self-starter. Able to make progress towards a larger goal without step by step instruction.
6、Able to work within established strategic and business guidelines.
7、Rigorous research attitude; Good oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, planning and coordination skills, and the ability to push things forward.
8、Strong sense of design and visual communication skills.
9、Some travel may be required (<10%)
10、Experience working in a product design or UX consultancy strongly preferred
