Job description:  Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquires.  Make sure customer demand reflected correctly and accuracy. Order entry and maintenance managed properly.  Ensure on time delivery support, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.  Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.  Proactive focus on Revenue, Forecasting, Pricing management and overall operational management.  The agile problem solvers, providing a helping hand to our Customers and Sales.  Maintain and update customer records in the system.  Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.  Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.  Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistic , or a related field.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Fluent in English.  Good Excel and PowerPoint skill.  Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.  Familiar with Power BI will be preferred.

Main Responsibilities: • Design of innovative, reliable and efficient Probe and Test solutions on high performance mixed-signal ATE platforms. • Drive DFT definition & development to reduce FFC and improve testability. • Pre tapeout verification of test solutions using Design Simulation tools. • Execution of the Test development phase including Silicon functionality, Characterization, Yield Analysis, Offshore Production release. • Development of innovative next generation ATE based hardware and software techniques.
