b是对的，是一种对过去发生的事的虚拟语气，if ……had done……，…… would have done
我认为选d，demand 后面应该是虚拟语气，要使用should+动词原形，should可省略。
正确的应该是： 
My employer demands that his staff be punctual and polite.

正确的应该是这样吧：
If you had been at the party, I would have more fun.  would是will的过去式，时态是过去将来时，与have had现在完成时矛盾。

我自己的看法：
A. 对。对现状的虚拟，所以用were。
B. 对。对过去虚拟，If后用过去完成式，主句用现在完成时。
C. 对。没啥好说的。
D. 错。demand说明是虚拟语气，应该是should be，should省略，把are改成be就对了。
E. 对。没啥好说的。

were是;be 的过去时复数和第二人称单数形式;有时代替 was，用于条件从句、动词 wish 之后等
A选项是第三人称，不应该是she was吗？
