岗位职责
Objective: With report to the Customer Quality Supervisor, The Customer Quality Engineer for Customer Quality is responsible for handing in customer complaints and rejects in time. The quality engineer will have to communicate with customers in terms of quality issues and work with relevant departments internally to implement necessary corrective/preventive actions or improvements on products/systems.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling customer complaints on quality and response.
• Visit customer for quality performance voice and improvement requirements and seek opportunity for improvements.
• Coordinating and supporting on the line/field reject products sorting at customer side when necessary.
• Implementation and coordination for failure analysis and problem identification of quality related line/field rejects and quality issues.
• Initiation of containment, short term and permanent actions within the target days.
• Work with production and related departments towards final solutions and follow-up.
• Ensure timely and professional feedback to customers on claim handling. And supporting customers with schematics, product documents etc.
• Creating and closing corrective action reports in Axapta (CA) /CRM systems.
• Invoicing and crediting of line/field rejects.
• Ordering service/repair products.
• Maintaining the LWS.
• Project participant in development.
• Reporting.
Required skills/experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Perfect in verbal and written Mandarin language and English.
• Min. 3 years customer quality engineer experience, prefer to ISO9001 internal auditor certificate.
• Be familiar with quality tools like SPC, FMEA and MSA etc., as well as 5 why, cause-effect diagram application for failure analysis. 6 sigma green belt certificate is an advantage.
• Good logical thinking, very structured and detail oriented.
• Well-developed communication skills, proactive attitude and strong leadership to drive problem-solving.
• Skillful in using MS office software like Excel, word and PowerPoint and software of Mini Tab/CRM etc.
