工作地点和形式:深圳市南山区全职
你将负责:
- 与海外客户进行全英文沟通产品需求,管理定制产品采购的项目和订单细节,确保客户体验顺畅并维持长期合作关系;
- 与供应商沟通产品细节、报价与交期,确保最优价格与交付质量,构建稳定高效的供应商网络;
- 管理多个项目和订单,协调各方资源,制定并执行项目计划,确保项目按时交付,确保按期交付并持续优化执行流程;
- 深入分析不同产品的成本构成,进行详细的成本拆解,优化采购决策,提升公司整体效益;
- 严格监控从打样、下单、物流到质量控制的整个采购流程,确保每个环节的顺利进行和高效运作,及时解决出现的问题;
- 发送账单并确认财务信息,整合报关和物流价格及信息,确保财务和物流环节a的准确性和高效性,优化物流方案以降低成本。
Overseas Client Project Manager
Wayo is redefining the global supply chain with AI — building a custom merchandise platform that delivers an Amazon-level experience at Alibaba-level prices. We are looking for a proactive and globally minded Client Project Manager to join our Shenzhen operations team. You will be responsible for managing overseas client projects, coordinating with suppliers on pricing and sampling progress, and overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery — ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Communicate with overseas clients in English to understand product requirements, manage custom sourcing projects and order details, ensure a seamless client experience, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Liaise with suppliers on product specifications, quotations, and lead times to ensure the best pricing and delivery quality while building and maintaining a strong supplier network.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects and orders, coordinate cross-functional resources, and execute project plans to ensure on-time delivery while continuously improving execution processes.
- Conduct detailed cost breakdowns and analyses for different products to optimize purchasing decisions and enhance overall company efficiency.
- Oversee the entire procurement process — from sampling and ordering to logistics and quality control — ensuring smooth operations at every stage and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle billing and financial confirmations, consolidate customs and logistics pricing and data, and ensure accuracy and efficiency across financial and logistics operations while optimizing logistics costs.

希望你是:
- 全日制本科及以上学历,国际大学教育背景优先;
- 具备 5年以上海外客户管理 / 国际大客户 / 外贸项目管理 / 跨境供应链运营经验,海外工作经验者优先;
- 中英文口语与书面沟通能力出色,能够应对多元文化背景下的商务交流;
- 逻辑清晰,以数据驱动决策,具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力;
- 沟通与谈判技巧出众,出色的抗压及多任务协同管理能力,以结果为导向,能在快节奏环境中独立推进项目;
- 拥有自驱力与创业热情,愿意与团队共同成长、打造下一代全球供应链平台。
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university; international education background is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in client project management, international key account management, foreign trade, or cross-border supply chain operations; overseas work experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of managing business discussions in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and clear logical thinking.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with proven multitasking and stress management skills; results-oriented and able to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow with the team in building the next-generation global supply chain platform.
