智能驾驶和智能座舱的测试开发 背景：智能座舱和智能驾驶技术快速发展，需借助AI提升产品测试效率降低人力成本。 核心内容：用AI 赋能工厂测试平台，AI生成测试程序，AI数据分析，AI监控异常 1. Follow up new testing machine project schedule and setup/release new testing machine 追踪新测试设备的项目进度和安装,放行测试设备 2. Familiar with CANoe，oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, RF signal generator. 熟悉CAN诊断工具，示波器，频谱仪，射频信号发生器的使用 3. Change management of test procedures；ECR implementation, New Project, SW Running Changes, HW Running Changes. 负责测试流程的变更管理；工程变更的执行, 新项目, 软件更新, 硬件更新 4. Test equipment management：troubleshoot, continuous improvement, TPM Prepare work instruction, maintenance plan, FMEA, PQP. 测试设备问题的管理，问题解决, 持续改善, 维护；准备作业指导书, 保养计划, FMEA, 控制计划 5. Responsible for test FPY improvement; Utilization improvement; test program optimization 负责测试不良率的改善; 测试生产效率的改善以及测试程序的优化 6. Responsible for test data analytic and continuous improvement project by I4.0 Tool 负责测试数据的分析并且通过工业4.0工具负责持续改善项目 7. Regular meeting with R&D; global plant to review defined topics and tasks status 定期和研发以及国外工厂一起讨论任务和工作的进展 8. Responsible for test program develop, familiar at least one coding language, LabVIEW, C#, etc. 负责测试程序的开发，熟悉使用至少一种上位机测试程序开发语言，例如LabVIEW, C#, etc. 9. Test machine specification define, pre-acceptance and OPL follow up 测试设备规范制定，预验收及OPL的跟踪 10. Test machine final acceptance (include new test machine, test machine modification, software upgrade, machine relocation) 测试设备的最终验收（包括新测试设备，测试设备改造，软件升级以及设备移动） 11. Responsible for supporting failure analysis for the products 负责支持产品不良的失效分析 12. Training and coach technicians; Assignments of special tasks. 培训指导测试技术员，以及其他可能分配的特殊任务

需要有coding 编程能力，熟悉数据库oracle 数据库，SQL server等，熟练使用Python/C#，具备有AI的知识，对AI的使用有丰富的经验，需要有项目管理能力和英语简单沟通能力。
