Architecture & Optimization: Use Swift to efficiently implement product requirements. Participate in the app's architecture design and performance optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to complete API integration and data interaction. Performance & Maintenance: Be responsible for app performance tuning (e.g., memory, CPU, network) and troubleshooting live issues. App Store Management: Manage the App Store submission process, including packaging, publishing, and updating the application.

任职要求 教育背景： 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，有海外背景者优先。 工作经验： 2年以上 iOS 开发经验，并有至少1款 App 独立开发或主导开发的成功上架经验。 技术能力： 精通 Swift 语言，对其特性有深入理解。 熟练掌握 iOS SDK 核心框架，如 UIKit、Foundation 等。 熟悉常用的架构模式（如 MVVM），具备出色的独立解决问题能力。 拥有扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统等。 工具与方法论： 熟练使用 Git 进行版本管理。 具备快速学习新技术的能力和意愿。 加分项 有to C（面向消费者）App的开发经验。 英文流利，能作为工作语言进行沟通。 有 SwiftUI、Combine 或 Objective-C 开发经验。 熟悉跨平台技术（如 Flutter、React Native）。 具备性能调优、崩溃分析（Crash Analysis）或 CI/CD 流程经验。 有个人技术博客、开源项目或 GitHub 贡献。 Candidate Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Overseas educational background is a plus. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of iOS development experience, with a proven track record of independently developing or leading the development of at least one successful app on the App Store. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Swift, with a deep understanding of its features and syntax. Solid grasp of core iOS SDK frameworks, such as UIKit and Foundation. Familiarity with common architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM) and strong independent problem-solving skills. Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems. Tools & Methodologies: Skilled in using Git for version control. A keen willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) Experience in a B2C (to-C) App environment. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, or Objective-C. Familiarity with cross-platform technologies (e.g., Flutter, React Native). Experience in performance tuning, crash analysis, or CI/CD pipelines. Active contributor to personal technical blogs, open-source projects, or GitHub.
