We are now looking for a HWS (Hardware Support) Customer Order Handling, responsible for Japan Customers and other HWS customer order execution. What will you do: Manage customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) orders and requests Evaluate RMA information, release orders, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure on-time delivery Follow up on faulty returns, handle exceptions, and resolve discrepancies Provide support for events and local special requirements Prepare and deliver communication updates and business reports
