【2026届秋招】Game Operation Generalist（Free Fire）

Join our energetic Free Fire Operations team and play a key role in shaping the player experience and driving the success of our game worldwide. Based on our business needs and your interests (gathered during the process), you will be matched to one of the following game operations tracks: Product: Partner with R&D to define core game design goals and create exceptional game content. Analyze player experience through testing, data, and competitive research to propose optimizations, boost player engagement & retention. Live Ops: Manage the game patch and update release lifecycle. Consistently uphold and improve game stability and user experience through game content configurations, bugs/network issues tracking and resolution and cross-functional communication and resource coordination. Marketing: Develop integrated marketing and promotional campaigns (such as social media, influencers, big events), create trendy content, and analyze performance of the initiatives. Collaborate with creative design team and local teams to amplify player acquisition, engagement, monetization, and brand awareness. Revenue: Develop and execute global revenue strategies aligned with product philosophy. Translate revenue KPI alignment into full cycle global patch content production through ideation, production, and ultimately post-launch evaluation. Monitor and analyze revenue performance metrics across key regions with timely and strategic amendments/improvements to drive revenue growth.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university. Fluency in Mandarin and English. Experienced Gamer, strong interest in FPS is a big plus. Basic understanding of game operations; internship or practical experience related to games is a plus. A strong team player, skilled in communication and expression, and diligent and responsible in your work. Hands-on and can do attitude. Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skill.
