NXP China Rewards team manages compensation and benefits programs that succeed in attracting and retaining employees. We love to work as a team to find comprehensive and innovative solutions to complex situations. We’re looking for a student Intern working with us to help with the benefits programs’ implementation. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with the benefits programs’ communication sessions/trainings arrangement, and support the communication materials preparation as needed • Support on designing engaging promotional materials (emails, posters, health newsletters, etc.) to boost employee awareness of benefits programs or wellbeing initiatives • Assist in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs as well as annual renewal process • Collaborate with site HRs for on-site wellbeing activities arrangement • Refine and maintain the SharePoint for Country Rewards page • Assist with other ad-hoc Rewards assignments

• Second/Third year in Bachelor study, or First/Second year in Master study; • Human Resources Management/Psychology/English Literature/Business Administration majors are preferred • Fluent in written and spoken English • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills are preferred
