Responsibilities: 1. Achieve overseas after-sales service center development targets according to the company's annual stategy and milestone requirements. 2. Be responsible for the construction of the overseas local after-sales service network, including network planning, center development, and coordination of preliminary preparations for center establishment. 3. Handle site selection, lease negotiations, and the opening process for overseas after-sales service centers. Supervise center renovations, displays, and pre-opening preparations to ensure centers open as scheduled. 4. Manage the entire service center opening process, including resource development for site selection, business negotiations, internal reporting, contract communication, signing, and payment follow-up. 5. Maintain already-opened centers, including renewal of leases, area expansion, relocation, and rent reduction. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners within the designated region.

1. 5+ years of experience in overseas frontline store expansion, familiar with the overseas after-sales service center development process. 2. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English as a working language, with excellent English writing skills. 3. Possess deep resources among overseas property owners and can independently undertake overseas develepment tasks. 4. Have sufficient financial and legal knowledge to independently complete business negotiations and assist in legal contract reviews. 5. Proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Spanish is preferred. 6. Willingness to travel frequently overseas.
