Position Overview: As a RAN System Engineer at Ericsson RAN Performance Beijing, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure that support our operations and services with colleagues from different regions around the world. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: • Participate Opportunity Analysis study and pre-study from Baseband. • Simulation and performance analysis of physical and scheduling algorithms. • Define high level function architecture and solution. • Support design team on feature development. • Customer requirement analysis and issue support.

Qualifications: • Ph.D. in Telecommunication, Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering. • In-depth knowledge of LTE/NR, or other wireless technologies. • Physical layer or scheduling algorithm simulation experience is preferred. • Knowledge of 3GPP and other key 4G/5G technologies. • Solid C/C++/MATLAB programming skills with wireless modeling experience. • RAN architecture design experience is a plus. • Strong expertise in technical problem solving. • Quick learning, self-motive, result originated, open minded and willing to accept challenges.
