岗位职责
Your role: Acting as ’spider in the web’ you will be of great value assisting & organize our team in our office Houston area. By providing general administration and ensuring the office is running smoothly we can all do our work even better. Together with 30 colleagues you will take care and provide the best administration and support to our people. Tasks: Responsible for general office duties and administration Organize our consultants & staff by organizing & assisting them during their travels (travel arrangements/flights, VISA) Responsible for all office management tasks within the office, 3rd parties such as lease cars cleaning, supplies Organize meetings, general office facilities Arranging PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) for team members Maintain company general email box Organize team outings, personnel and client events (i.a. management assistant) Assist the general manager to formulate and implement various business development strategies and plans, and follow up the implementation and implementation of related work; Assist the general manager in customer development, customer relationship maintenance and related services. Handle CRM & ERP and other documents, issue the freight requirements of the order, and ensure that the shipping instructions are correct; verify and enter the customer's payment to ensure that the payment information is entered in a timely and accurate manner; Early warning and follow-up of accounts receivable to promote timely collection of accounts receivable; Assist the general manager in handling the sample warehouse management, sample delivery, order recording and other related work of the subsidiary.
岗位要求
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or 2. Fluent in oral, written and spoken English, which can be used as working language; 3. Willing to learn the knowledge of overseas project sales management; 4. Strong communication and coordination skills and initiative, and have certain pressure resistance and sense of responsibility; · are an excellent organizer · enjoy providing the best support to our consultants &staff · posses a hands-on & proactive attitude · perform best within an open and informal working environment · have a keen eye on detail(s), quality minded · associate's degree above, major is not limited; · have excellent knowledge of MS Office · have an excellent command of English (verbal and written), Chinese language skill is a PLUS!!
