岗位职责
Responsibilities: 1.Form strong interdisciplinary link between segment marketing, systems engineering, design teams, sales and marketing organization, and our customers. 2.Manage the product management activities related to the product, including value proposition, positioning and promotion. 3.Competitive analysis: build benchmark messaging and work with product manager to adjust strategy based on competitive positioning. 4.Collect business cases and application use cases to input for NPI product definition. 5.Work with product manager to do new product alpha customer program and product market launch activities. 6.Work with product manager, system engineering and design team to create various marketing collaterals such as Sales Pack, Fact Sheet, Communicator, Technical Training material for distributors, Competitive Fighting Guide, Product Promotion Videos, etc. 7.Manage customer sample and EVK board approvals.
岗位要求
Requirements: 1.The candidate must be pursuing a Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant disciplines. 2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 3.Strong presentation, documentation, communication skills. 4.Preferred competencies / behaviors: Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through; Demonstrates a willingness to continuously learn and improve; Ability to challenge decisions and approach issues with creative solutions; Highly agile in achieving success within a constantly evolving environment.
