Job Description:

Primary Markets - Seedling Recruitment

Responsibilities:

(Strategy: Global primary markets, focusing on credit, infrastructure, real estate)  

1. Track and analyze macro perspectives, market views, and insights from portfolio managers; conduct research and synthesize findings.  

2. Attend regular meetings, due diligence sessions, roadshows, etc., and summarize key takeaways or minutes.  

3. Prepare monthly performance reports, update investment guidelines, and conduct performance attribution analysis for products.  

4. Collaborate with product teams to advance project execution, provide foundational analysis, and contribute to preparing presentation materials.  

5. Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by department leadership.  

Requirements:

1. Full-time master’s degree or above (graduating after 2025）in economics, finance, or related fields. Candidates with a combination of industry and finance backgrounds are preferred.  

2. Prior internship experience at USD asset management companies, FOF investment firms, overseas investment banks, or similar institutions is a plus.  

3. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, rigorous, and logical. Strong capabilities in written communication, data processing, problem-solving, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination.  

4. Possess risk management awareness and a high sense of confidentiality.  

5. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT) and professional tools.  

6. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
