Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for post-investment management and ongoing service of the funds under management, including but not limited to

driving, following up, and executing daily affairs such as fund distribution and capital calls, fund valuation and information

disclosure, preparation for investor meetings, and daily customer communication.

2. Follow up on the investment targets of managed funds by maintaining communication with underlying managers, monitoring the

progress of invested funds, and participating in annual investor meetings as well as other decision-making and communication

matters regarding invested funds.

3. Coordinate and arrange basic management matters within the team, including but not limited to organizing meeting minutes,

cash management, document collection, and document classification and filing.

4. Coordinate the collection of reports for all fund investment targets, and maintain the data entry and maintenance of reports.

5. Participate in and assist with other matters arranged by the team and leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, law, finance, taxation, or related fields; those with a degree from a

QS World University Top 100 institution are preferred.

2. Experience in finance, law, taxation, post-investment management of investment projects, or private wealth management is

preferred. Those with one of the following professional experiences or qualifications are preferred: experience in due diligence or

research in the capital market (primary or secondary market), experience in accounting firms with a Certified Public

Accountant/Certified Tax Professional qualification, experience in law firms/in-house legal departments of financial industry

companies with a legal professional qualification.

3. Strong PPT and EXCEL skills are preferred.

4. Good coordination skills and certain stress resistance are required.
