岗位职责
1. Market Research & Demand Analysis:
• Conduct market research on the overseas e-signature SaaS landscape, analyze customer needs, and monitor competitive trends.
• Collect and synthesize user feedback to drive data-backed product improvements.
2. Product Planning & Design:
• Collaborate in developing product roadmaps and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
• Design prototypes and work cross-functionally to align product features with user expectations and business objectives.
3. Project Management:
• Track development timelines and coordinate product launches to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Facilitate communication among R&D, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive project execution.
4. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to monitor product KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Optimize user experience and functionality based on data analysis.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring prompt response to feedback and needs.

• Experience:

◦ Outstanding fresh graduates or engineers aspiring to transition into product management are welcome.
• Skills:
◦ Solid understanding of SaaS product development cycles.
◦ Strong market awareness, user-centric mindset, and analytical rigor.
◦ Proficient in product management tools (Axure, Jira, Figma, etc.).
◦ Excellent teamwork, communication, and self-driven work ethic.
• Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Overseas study or work experience.
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
