Service Line Overview

Our Transformation Consulting team is dedicated to helping clients maximize the potential of their transformation initiatives, ranging from enterprise-wide transformations to digital and functional transformations. We don't limit ourselves to either strategy or implementation – we deliver both. From advisory services to implementation, in areas such as Strategy and Performance, Transformation Delivery, Data and Analytics, Financial Advisory, and ESG Advisory, we offer end-to-end solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.

We are looking for candidate with an interest in pursuing a management consulting career to join us in this dynamic team. This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable insights and practical skills that will pave the way for a successful career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting research as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the development of transformation strategies and execution planning.

- Provide support in project planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting activities.

- Participate in client engagements and contribute to project delivery across various transformation initiatives.

- Help prepare presentations and deliverables to clients under supervision, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Deliverables are in the forms of PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, Word reports, BI dashboards, Visio process flows, etc.

- Develop and maintain proactive and responsible working relationships with colleagues and client personnel

- Assist with proposal drafting and business development activities

- Gain exposure to diverse industries and transformation projects, enhancing your consulting skills.

 - Participate and support the planning and execution of internal team events and activities

Experience & Background

- Top-performing graduating students with a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Data Science or related fields. Work / internship experience in a Big 4 professional firm or in a large corporation is preferred, but not required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in consulting and transformation.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience with data tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python and cloud data solutions is a plus.

- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills will be considered assets, with preference in Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking candidates.

- Self-driven, enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude, quick to learn, and strong willingness to step outside of comfort zone

- Ability to work at pace, and at times under high pressure, while maintaining sound judgment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion.
