Connectivity & Online service - 9

Brief description of the position:

Connectivity service validation- Responsible for connection service quality related to connected vehicles. Responsible for connectivity service test from customer point of view. Responsible for test case/scenario creation and continuous improvement.

Key Tasks：

• Design and update test case/scenario, ensure the test design of connectivity services reflect customer behavior and is capable to detect product error in early stage of project.
• Execute quality test on connectivity services, output test result and quality problems during each test cycle. Ensure the fast and accurate reflection of services status.
• Responsible for connectivity problem management, to analysis technically connectivity issues coming from the project/ series/ aftersales phase and coordinating the rest of the affected areas for its resolution (IT, EE, GT), track the problems till closure.
• Organize lessons learned and create Q requirements based on project / field SW problems, collaborate with dev team for Q requirement implementation in new projects.
• Define and monitor connectivity service KPI during project phase, escalate in case KPI deviates from defined value.
• Conduct other jobs which are arranged by supervisor.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education. Preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, etc.
• Experience of automotive function testing in OEM is preferred.
• Able to drive alone.
