Brief description of the position：

Ensure that the problems are analyzed that occur during the production lines.Coordination of the processing of corrosion-specific complaints from the field, hall and from corrosion protection tests in cooperation with production and QA. Assure the improvement during the life of the model in order to achieve the Quality targets defined in the Continuous Improvement Process.

Key Tasks：

• Control of the black body process. Evaluation and documentation of black body results incl. action tracking.
• Participation in Cross Functional Teams according to "FAP Work".
• In his capacity as QS-SET representative as well as within the scope of his cooperation in the VSC, he performs the tasks of the function "VSC-/SET-Collaboration.
• Execution of the color matching during the series. Carrying the technical responsibility for the metrology (color, structure, gloss, coating thickness, etc.).
• Evaluation of FIS-EQS and Fzg.-audit concerning paint shop.
• Arrangement of acceptance of exhibition and press vehicles by product auditor regarding paint issues.
• Analysis of data from the test areas of market.
• Implementation, support and follow-up of corrosion protection tests (e.g. PK5, EK5, INKA).
• Accompaniment of the tests for the "release of the corrosion protection processes", with model start-ups at your own location or support of the release team.
• Participation in the development of rework solutions for corrosion-relevant process disruptions in the paint shop.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or other higher technical training. Preferably in Material and / or Chemical or automotive engineering
• no working experience is acceptable.
• Knowledge of Chemical Laboratory and Colorimetry
• Knowledge of the IT Systems of the Company Office automation
• Technical problem analysis and resolution
• High degree of responsibility & Developer solutions & Capacity analysis
