Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Project Manager leads the development and deployment of connectivity solutions (e.g., RTM, RNR, BTS), managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals. Project Manager oversees project lifecycle, manages teams, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures alignment with all related Brands.

Key tasks:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for connectivity system development.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure system compatibility.
• Oversee system design and architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage system testing and validation processes.
• Facilitate system deployment and post-deployment support.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing connectivity or telecommunications projects, with a track record of successful deliveries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of connectivity systems and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex system architectures.
