PMO

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• As IT&D PMO, you will own a holistic overview of the IT&D project landscape within the international automotive industry. You will track project progress, promote project implementation, and carry out process control. You will organize and host project meetings to clarify open points and mitigate risk. You will communicate with different stakeholders and participate in cross-domain coordination.

Key tasks:

• Process Operation: Participate in project management process design and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Track project progress, monitor key milestones, trigger risk escalation and mitigation.
• Coordination Assistance: Assist to coordinate resource allocation across departments to ensure business success.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and other performance metrics to senior management, BoMs and stakeholders.
• Team empowerment: Provide team with tool training, methodology guidance and best practice sharing.
• Daily Operation: Offer guidance on PMO process and policies and administer everyday activities.
• Other PMO related tasks.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields. 
• Over 3 years of IT project management experience, with at least 1 year in PMO or program management roles. Experience in digital transformation projects is preferred.
• -Methodologies: Proficient in PMBOK, PRINCE2, agile (Scrum/SAFe) frameworks, and familiar with DevOps processes.
• -Tools: Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• -Soft Skills: Excellent cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing the needs of technical teams and business departments. 
• -Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), ITIL, TOGAF, etc.
• -Language: Excellent spoken and written English, German language is preferred.
