Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility:
- This position includes the tasks in strategic planning, market research, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and core process improvement and strategy execution in the Strategy & Portfolio Management Area.
Key tasks:
- Develop and execute organizational strategies and portfolio management in line with one regional IT
- Develop Road map for integrated strategic planning execution and portfolio management
- Streamline workflows and improvement automations as well as definition of standard processes from strategy definition and execution
- Identify innovation opportunities and process improvements from IT strategy and operation point of view
- Support to track, analyze and report internal operational performance metrics and generate insights; refine strategy planning based on insights
- Review and further development of existing performance metrics and identification of suitable KPIs for issues related to portfolio planning and IT strategy
- Set-up and follow-up of committee management for IT committees, including the tracking of the results and tasks for IT strategy and portfolio management
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects and teams to align and drive initiatives towards business objectives
- Support budget planning and forecasting, quality management and other operation topics during strategy execution
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics and related fields
- 5+ years in digitalization area
- - Strong planning and process improvement awareness
- - Strong communication and project management skills
- - Good collaboration sense
- - Self-driven for research and innovation
- - Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) is plus
- - English as work language, German is plus
