Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility:
- DMAS System Owner role takes care of the product life-cycle of DMAS system and the related processes, ensuring the system maintenance and change process following the business requirements and related policies.
Key tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system availability and performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage the entire life-cycle of the system, from design and deployment to retirement. Develop and implement strategies for system upgrades, replacements, and retirement.
- Manage the system's budget, optimize the expenses and responsible for the recharge process to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that the system meets all relevant security and compliance requirements.
- Support the daily operational tasks for payment, contracts, recharge, ensure the correct finance bookings in relevant systems by following the process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of system status and progress.
Qualification and skills:
- -Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering or other similar majors.
- 5+ years of IT project implementation experience, with a focus on software development and agile approach.
- - Experience in IT project implementation.
- - Solid knowledge in IT operation processes e.g. ITIL, Agile.
- - Quick-learning skills to easily adapt the mindset with new technologies and innovative ideas.
- - Hands-on capability for programming and technical troubleshooting.
