Brief description of the position:
The position is responsible for creating various management process and systems of body shop, compiling management system documents, leading the preparation for internal and external Audit, such as APA, Process Audit, QMS Audit, ECMS/ENMS Audit, NPP, responsible for analyzing and solving EC-tightening-related problem in Body shop.
Key Tasks:
- Creating the management process and system for body shop, compiling management system documents.
- Organizing and leading the preparation for APA Audit, tracking and steering the optimization for audit-related issues.
- Organizing and leading the preparation for internal and external process Audit/QMS Audit, tracking and steering the optimization for audit-related issues.
- Organizing and leading the preparation for internal and external ECMS/ENMS Audit, tracking and steering the optimization for audit-related issues.
- Preparation for external NPP Audit.
- Responsible for analyzing and solving EC-tightening-related problem in Body shop.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in engineering, material, automation, mechanic preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills. CET 6 required.
- Proficient in MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team player, good logic thinking, good communicating and coordinating skills.
