P2P-Production Engineer

Brief description of the position:

Organizing production work plan of his area of responsibility and supervising the Production and Quality system to achieve the Paint shop production target and his area of responsibility target. Managing and controlling the budget and costs of his area of responsibility, to achieve the target, according to the Paint shop annual business plan. Establishing and Managing the productivity and continue.

Key Tasks:

• Assist the on-site team in solving technical problems in production and developing preventive measures (such as topcoat spraying).
• Development and Management of Topcoat Production Process.
• Promotion of cost reduction and continuous improvement measures.
• Design and continuous optimization of robot profiling program and spraying parameters.
• The promotion of specific work in the development of new vehicle models, new materials, and new processes.
• Implementation and Confirmation of Technical Renovation Project for Topcoat Area.
• Analysis quality indicators and develops corrective plans to improve quality and collaborates with different areas and departments to promote best product quality;
• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the production team under his responsibility, taking into consideration workplaces and processes that are safety and ergonomically adequate;
• Maintain the 5S’s, shopfloor management, safety, ergonomic, housekeeping, training matrix, versatility matrix and discipline standards; 

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Chemical engineer(prefer) , automobile manufacturing, mechanical engineering, industrial engineer, or related.(prefer 211/985).

Knowledge in data analysis, good in statistical process and quality analysis and quality tools.

Have good communication skills, team work, leadership, flexible to deal with people, and have strong observation, active thinking ability.

Strong learning ability, and love to challenge new things.

Have strong interest in electric vehicle and love to work in the manufacturing industry.

Excellent performance in campus study, and serving as a student cadre and obtaining a scholarship will be a plus.

English language, fluent English communication skills, good listening, speaking, reading, writing.
