P2B-Measuring Technology Engineer

Brief description of the position:

Implementing the shop’s quality work plan, executing the quality system to achieve the shop’s quality target. Implementing the rules and regulations, taking the medium-and long-term quality targets issued by the shop. Managing and training the behavior of subordinate employees. Solving the problems occurred in the day-to-day management.

Key Tasks:

• Participating in the formulation of Body Shop's development strategy and annual quality business plan,and actively implementing various management systems of the shop.
• Participating in the implementation of Body Shop’s strategic planning. Overall managing the annual work plan and objectives of the Body shop, including environment, safety, cost, quality, delivery and personnel development, and ensure that all plans are completed on time. 
• Responsible for the Body shop hemming， measurement， QRK quality and strictly implementing the quality control process. Implementing the quality plan and completing the quality task.
• Responsible for Establishing and implementing the management rules and regulations of the Body shop quality area. Promoting the technological progress and the modern management concept of the shop, constantly enhancing the ability of self-transformation and self-development, establishing and continuously improving the construction of quality system. 
• Responsible for the follow-up and management of key surface and measurement quality problems in the shop, coordinating the internal and external audits of quality management system and environmental management system.
• Responsible for Promoting personnel management of measurement, product quality status control.
• Responsible for Implementing and supervising the process, quality, safety, cost, capacity and other indicators in the quality area.
• In the new project stage, responsible in the trial product quality of pre-series cars on the production line, supervising and promoting the series production quality.
• Keeping horizontal contact with another shop, technical, maintenance and financial, quality departments according to working procedures to ensure the smooth completion of product quality tasks. 
• Responsible for all the inline measurement and offline measurement technology of Body Shop.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in engineering, material, automation, mechanic preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills. CET 6 required.
• Proficient in MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team player, good logic thinking, good communicating and coordinating skills.
