Project Management Specialist

Your Responsibilities: 

• Define project scope,timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for software development initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and manage cross-functional software development teams, including software engineers, QA specialists, other domain and business entities promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment to fulfill the needs from customer at portfolio and planning level.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, adjusting plans proactively to minimize impact and ensure project resilience.
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing, to ensure software reliability and functionality.
• Effectively manage changes in project scope, timeline, or resources, communicating impacts and obtaining necessary approvals to minimize disruption.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualification: 

• Master's degree or above.
• Willingness to work full-time in Hefei.
• Experience in automobile industry, preferably experience in VW group entities.
• Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general.
• Professional reporting and communication skills to MKs/OMKs
• Able to negotiate and communicate with teams internally and externally.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus.
• High motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
