P2P-Technology & Process engineer

Brief description of the position:

• Implement the Paint shop technology (new technologies, environmental, innovations and digital process's).
• Managing and control the operational budget, logistics, outsource projects, production IT systems, productivity, etc.
• Managing and organizing the Paint shop process, materials and laboratory workplan, internal and external audits of the quality and environment.
• Solving the daily problems.

Key Tasks:

• Supporting the Paint shop annual business plan and actively implementing. Controlling the annual budget and the various technological, environmental, innovation and digital projects. Ensures that his activities meet financial budget targets, safety standards, quality standards, environmental, etc.
• Supporting and implementing productivity and continuous improvement projects, according to the defined timing. Monitor and controlling the productivity data and implementing improvement actions.
• Developing and implementation of the short, medium-term Paint shop technology and automation strategic plan. Implement and coordinates the project from customer adjudication to delivery, reporting quality, timing, and costs in each milestone.
• Coordinate and implement the outsourcing projects. Ensures forecasts and recovery plans, if deviation to targets are detected. Supporting objectives of the Paint shop on the outsourcing projects. 
• Support and coordinate the Paint shop IT-Shopfloor. Supporting objectives of the Paint shop on the IT-shopfloor and digital projects. 
• Support planning activities for new processes, products, engineering changes, parts and equipment under his responsibility (ex. Specifications, FMEA, equipment acceptance,…).
• Process Managing and organizing the Paint shop process workplan in short and medium-term. Responsible and control the different process requirements to ensure full process integrity in his area of responsibility.
• Responsible of the internal and external audits of the quality and environmental management system. Follows-up daily production, internal and external quality indicators and concerns.
• Managing and organizing the Paint shop materials and laboratory workplan in short and medium-term. Managing and control all materials used in production process.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Chemical, Management ,industrial engineer, or related.(prefer 211/985)
• Internship experience in Paint Shop at an automobile factory is preferred.
• Have good communication skills, team work, flexible to deal with people, and have strong observation, active thinking ability.
• Have strong interest in electric vehicle and love to work in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent performance in campus study, and serving as a student cadre and obtaining a scholarship will be a plus.
• English language, fluent English communication skills, German is plus.
• Proficient in using office software;
