Brief description of the position：
- This position ensures the definition of TE-Ratings in the framework of the sourcing process for localization- and export projects in close collaboration with the Joint Ventures and relevant responsible Technical Developments in the VW Group.
Key Tasks:
- (On-Site) auditing as auditor of (development) suppliers
- Qualification of suppliers based on assessed deviations
- Create supplier development concepts and associated supplier information / guidelines in close cooperation with relevant business unites
- Responsible for the continuous further development of process optimizations, both in-house and in cooperation with other departments and in the TE (VW Group)
- Department and interdisciplinary communication
- Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor due to work requests.
Qualification and Skills:
- Master Mechanical/Automotive/Electronics Engineering or similar, training as vehicle mechanic or comparable is preferable, Cert. Quality Manager (QM-advisor acc EOQ) and/or cert. VDA-, or EOQ Auditor
- Fresh graduate or who within 3 years working experience
- Familiar with VW Product Development procedures, related processes and systems
- High level of social and communication competence in multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English language, Chinese language skills are desirable
