岗位职责
Responsible for the hardware development and testing of inverter and servo drive product projects, with a focus on power hardware, which mainly includes:
1. Responsible for analyzing customer and system requirements, formulating hardware requirements, and designing hardware architecture;
2. Responsible for detailed hardware scheme design, including component selection, circuit parameter design, electrostatic and thermal stress simulation calculation and analysis, schematic design, etc.;
3. Responsible for writing test cases, conducting unit tests and integration tests at the hardware single-board level, and executing integration tests at the motor controller system level; responsible for analyzing and resolving testing issues, and writing problem analysis reports;
4. Responsible for analyzing and resolving issues with motor controller products in market applications.

岗位要求
1. Master's degree in Electrical Power Electronics, Automation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Machines, Automotive Electronics, or related fields;
2. Proficient in using mainstream circuit design and simulation software;
3. Thorough understanding of the working principles, switching characteristics, and loss analysis of IGBT devices, mastery of IGBT driving technology, knowledge of switch-mode power supply technology, and awareness of common failure modes of electronic components;
4. Strong learning, hands-on, and communication skills, proactive work attitude, ability to accept work challenges, good coordination and planning abilities, and adaptability to cross-departmental collaboration.
