岗位职责
Positioning:
Responsible for the software development and platform building of the company's drive-related products (inverters, servo drives, energy storage inverters, etc.) or control-related products (PLC, HMI, boards, bus communication, etc.), establishing the core competitiveness of the company's products in functional software and process software.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for formulating software solutions, writing documentation, and implementing code based on ARM/DSP/FPGA single-board controllers;
2) Responsible for research on cutting-edge technologies in the functional software domain and innovative solution pre-research, including edge computing, product usability enhancement, and intelligent diagnostics;
3) Responsible for equipment process research, formulating overall process control solutions for equipment, achieving process breakthroughs, and enhancing the competitiveness of the overall solution for Inovance products;
4) Address customer software requirements, solve complex market issues, and promote the resolution and closure of these issues.

Basic Requirements:
1)Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a master's degree preferred, in mechanical design or related majors (mechanical design and manufacturing, mechanical design, mechatronics);
2)Proficient in common 3D modeling and 2D software(Creo, Solidworks,CAD), with certain professional software operation experience and spatial imagination skills;
3)Good professional foundation and learning ability, strong self-motivation, and a strong desire for technical work；
4)English can be used as working language.
5)Location: Europe.
Preferred Qualifications:
1)Priority will be given to those who have participated in the full process of structural field work in enterprises related to power electronics (elevator products, energy storage PCS, inverters, automotive electronics control, etc.);
2)Those with technical research results in structural materials for power electronics (sheet metal, die casting, plastics) or research results in process shaping, and whose research results can be immediately applied to bring significant economic benefits, will be given priority.
