岗位职责
Positioning:
Complete the hardware design and development of energy products and build competitiveness, creating world-class energy hardware products with leading technology.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the hardware solution design of the company's power supply products;
2) Responsible for component selection and testing of the products;
3) Responsible for schematic design, drawing, PCB design, and circuit simulation and analysis;
4) Writing of product drivers and prototype debugging;
5) Collation and output of design documentation.

岗位要求
Basic Requirements:
1) Full-time master's degree; Majors in Power Electronics and Electric Drive, Automotive Electronics, Control Science and Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronic Science and Technology (including research directions such as magnetic devices), etc.;
2) Familiar with power electronic topologies and controls such as Buck, Full Bridge, LLC, Buck-Boost, NPC1 three-level, NPC2 three-level, ANPC three-level, etc.;
3) Have a basic foundation in the design of magnetic components;
4) Proficient in the application of simulation software such as Saber and PLECS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in power supply development projects, and development experience with high-power converters is preferred.
