岗位职责
Positioning: Complete the development and competitiveness construction of the control software algorithm for energy grid-tied converters, and create world-class grid-tied converter products with leading technology.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the development and testing of control software algorithms for grid-tied converter products, as well as the maintenance and upgrade of control software;
2) Responsible for the whole machine performance testing of products, software defect repair, solving testing department testing issues, and market trial machine problems;
3) Assist hardware in completing whole machine testing and verification work, and use simulation tools for modeling and analysis to solve encountered problems;
4) Assist project managers in evaluating project software requirements and completing software development;
5) Produce standardized design documents and test documents.

岗位要求
Basic Requirements:
1) Full-time master's degree in electrical engineering or related fields such as power electronics, control theory, etc.;
2) Understanding of vector control, mastery of modeling techniques, derivation of transfer functions, and design analysis and validation of closed-loop systems;
3) Familiarity with C language development for chips such as ARM, DSP, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Priority will be given to candidates with software development experience in UPS, photovoltaic inverters, wind power converters, PWM rectifiers, and energy storage PCS;
2) Candidates with experience in model development and familiarity with MATLAB for power electronics modeling will be preferred."
