Brief description of the position:
- Fully understand the goals and requirements of the projects in charge, and formulate detailed project plans.
- Form a project team and clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of each member.
Key Tasks:
- Formulate the project budget and resource allocation plan to ensure the rational utilization of resources.
- Establish an effective communication mechanism and maintain close communication with project stakeholders.
- Organize the project kick-off meeting to clarify the tasks and goals of the project.
- Monitor the project progress and timely identify and solve the risks and problems in the project.
- Regularly hold project meetings to assess the progress of the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional cooperation to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Be responsible for the management and storage of project documents to ensure the completeness and traceability of materials.
- Conduct phased evaluation and summary of the project to provide experience reference for subsequent projects.
- Ensure that the project results meet the relevant standards and requirements.
- Handle the change requests in the project to ensure that the changes are reasonably approved and implemented.
- Organize project acceptance work to ensure the quality of project delivery.
- Conduct performance evaluation and feedback for project team members.
- Deeply explore the business needs and work with the software development department to clarify the system functions and architecture.
- Carefully formulate detailed plans and timetables for system construction.
- Summarize and sort out the team's needs and classify and determine the priorities.
- Regularly organize communication meetings with the software development department to accurately convey needs.
- Participate in the system design and development and provide professional opinions and suggestions.
- Fully test the system and timely feedback potential problems.
- Assist in solving technical problems in the development process.
- Formulate system operation guides and training materials to help team members use them proficiently.
- Build a system operation monitoring mechanism to real-time control the system status.
- Pay attention to industry trends, propose the direction of system upgrade and improvement and be responsible for related matters, evaluate the feedback of usage effects to promote optimization, and cultivate the system skills of team members.
Qualification and skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
- Language: Good spoken and written ability in English.
- Computer: Proficient in using office software;
- Professional skills: Experienced in the field of Production, Production System and related knowledge about Lean Production.
