(PS) Die Maintenance Engineer 模具工程师

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Responsible to manage, develop and implement of Die Maintenance and safety related. Responsible to assure the Dies sets cycle life, maintenance planning according to the usage of the Dies (applying TPM, spare parts, predictive and corrective maintenance actions). Responsible to determine the Dies maintenance cycles, methodologies and results to ensure the parts quality, the production, and efficiency.

Key tasks:

• Responsible for working out and implementing the strategy of Dies Maintenance (TPM, predictive and corrective actions) for Stamping center 1 and 2 as part of VWA Stamping Center strategy and setting up annual business target and plan for Stamping Shop 1 and 2. Responsible for quality action plans for stamping parts improvement.
• Responsible for implementing and supporting strategic Dies maintenance planning in Stamping Shop 1 and 2. Overall managing the annual work plan and objectives of Dies maintenance, including environment, safety, cost, quality, productivity, delivery and personnel development, and ensure that all plans are implemented on time.
• To develop, control, monitor, assess and implement the maintenance parameters in the Stamping Shop 2, according to the overall Stamping Center requirements, determine the maintenance cycles of the dies in accordance with upstream demands, productivity and cost requirements of VW Anhui CPO and Stamping Center. 
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the technical specifications and goals of the subordinate organizational units, in particular to Personnel, Program fulfillment, Ergonomics, Productivity, Costs , Material circulation and QM systems in Stamping Shop 1 and 2, according to the overall Stamping Center requirements, CPO and VWA targets. 
• To fulfill the responsibilities of environment protection, firefighting, energy and occupational safety in Die Maintenance.

Ensure that the business complies with laws, regulations of China, local government and with policies and rules of VW Group and VW Anhui. 

• To conduct the responsibility of establishing and implementing the management rules and regulations on the Die maintenance area, promoting the technical and systematical improvement of the Dies and the stamped parts constantly. To ensure the solution of the key problems in the Dies maintenance, ensure that the Stamping Shop 1 and 2 fulfills the requirements of internal and external audits. 
• To evaluate and ensure the risk management for the Dies and parts, in particular, to ensure the business capability with regard to the default risk of the Stamping Shop 1 and 2. To develop measures to prevent risks in production and stamping die management fields in the Stamping Shop 1 and 2. 
• Responsible for the development and management in the Dies maintenance including but not limited to the fields of personnel, process, dies, equipment and machines, product quality, material and product inventory, safety, customer problem solving from downstream related to the products from the Stamping Shop 1 and 2. To determine and ensure efficient solution to solve die problems, or product problems caused by die in Stamping Shop 1 and 2.  
• To implement the top-down tasks from superior position, to initiate and to ensure the cross-departmental cooperation in order to achieve the overall target of VW Anhui and VW Group. To optimize the productivity and efficiency in Stamping Shop 2 continuously.  
• To steer and implement the new product launches and model year changes.

Support the Stamping Center to implement the new press shop, assuring all needed resources to guarantee the project implementation. Ensure the timing, investment and quality during the new projects launching phase. 

• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automobile manufacturing、Mechnical Engineering、Computer science &engineering, fluent English is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills or German communication skills.
• Full command of MS Office/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint
• Excellent team spirit, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people. 
• C++/JAVA programming experience is preferred
