Corporate & Commercial Management Department Intern

Key tasks:

1.Data Protection Topics related: 80%

• Organize meetings and follow-ups to discuss data protection matters with departments such as R&D, Legal, and IT.
• Assist in completing the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) chart and the Record of Processing Activities (RoAP).
• Support the drafting of reports, presentations, and charts related to data protection topics.
• Support in mapping and analyzing data flows within and outside the organization.
• Conduct research on data protection regulations, national standards, and best practices within the automotive industry.

2.Other Topics: 20%

• External resource management: assist with on- & offboarding of external consultants throughout the whole process.
• Department ad-hoc tasks, e.g., presentations, operational tasks, team activities organization etc.

Qualification and skills:

• Major in law.
• Fluent in English.
• Have internship experience in data protection or compliance.
• Ability of speaking Germany would be a plus.
