Brief description of the position:
- As a junior Project Manager IT project where you will embark on a comprehensive working environment combined with onjob training which designed to groom you into a future development oriented IT talent in the international automotive industry.
Key Tasks:
- Project Lifecycle Management: managing projects through entire lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, expectations, and progress updates.
- Risk Management: identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, utilizing appropriate risk management tools and techniques.
- Resource Allocation & Team Coordination: Assist in the allocation of resources and coordination of project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and other performance metrics to senior management, BoMs and stakeholders.
- Leading IT&D heavy duty project.
- Other task assigned by leader/Mentor.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Fresh graduates or within 3 years of graduation, with OEM and famous Internet company work experience is preferred.

- Excellent ability in English, German (will be a plus, but not mandatory).
