Integration & Testing Vehicle Test Project Management 测试项目管理工程师

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

•  As vehicle project management role in EEI, first and key contact person of the test team with outside groups regarding vehicle project. Making sure the integration test and test result been timely planned, organized, executed and reviewed by fulfilling VW PEP process.

Key tasks:

• Timely planning and steering for the tests of the vehicle project (e.g. effort, deadlines, budget, resources...); Create and maintenance E/E test concept on vehicle level.
• Review of the E/E test concept on system level (incl. test development strategy).
• Organization and supervision of test teams (invitation of participants, kick-off, moderation of meetings, discussion of the test tasks); Meeting protocol writing.
• Planning and coordination of test phases (incl. setting of focal points).
• Management of the E/E integration reporting system (incl. consolidated test result, test coverage, error status, Functional experience).
• Support on Team ability build up within different area (e.g. Test process set up and maintenance, position know-how build up and documentation... ).
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Engineering or Management
• Experience in project management, with PMP(project management professional) certification as prefer;
• Experience in leading technical team
• Certified tester(e.g. ISTQB) or several years of professional experience in testing;
• Abilities in communication and organizing;
• Structured and organized way of working;
• Know-How on New energy vehicle basis & Intelligent vehicle basis.
