Remote Diagnostic Support

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• The holder of the position developing and optimizing remote vehicle diagnostic solutions continuously and ensures the support of the market regarding vehicle remote diagnosis.

Key tasks:

• Collect and evaluate the demand for after-sales remote diagnosis, and provide optimization solutions for remote diagnosis systems and processes.
• Establishing the future innovative After Sales Remote Diagnosis solution for MM & CEA projects based on XP technology.
• Support solution finding for technical repair requests. Provide vehicle diagnosis related information to the market.
• Validation of remote diagnosis function before market release of new/updated models.
• Validation of remote diagnosis content before market release of updated diagnosis data.
• Analysis of remote diagnosis-related support requests from the market.
• Monitoring of diagnosis sessions for quality assurance.
• Continuous improvement of remote diagnosis processes and systems.
• Knowledge documentation and know-how-transfer of diagnosis technology to related parties.
• Support After Sales system integration + development work in close collaboration with HUB-IT.

Qualification and skills:

• Master or bachelor degree in the field of computer science, electrical & electronics engineering or automotive engineering.
• Working experience in the field in automotive industry, especially with vehicle diagnostic experience.
• Knowledge in the area of vehicle electronics and vehicle diagnostic
• Experience in project management methods in all project phases
• Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning
• Experience in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams
• Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, deal with uncertainties, master high pressure
• Commitment for knowledge documentation
• Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
