Key Responsibilities:
PECVD or etch process
Key Requirements:
1. Master/PhD degree, materials, chemical, plasma physics, semiconductor-related background.
2. Hands-on project experiences for semiconductor devices simulation , gas-solid surface reaction kinetics or CCP/ICP plasma.
3. Experience in LTPS or metal oxide TFT device research is preferred
4. Experience in large-sized CCP/ICP plasma is preferred
5. Operation skills on analytical/inspection/metrology equipment.
6.Good communication skill.
7. Ability to handle multi-task, and work across function groups.
8. Good logical thinking, problem solving skills, self-motivated, and strong ownership
9. Basic English skills as working language
